The Lowdown on the Shutdown! Thanks Iffy.

Overall, the last time the US government shut down in 1995 for 21 days, it cost the federal government $1.5bn (£927m) – that’s $2.1bn (£1.3bn) in today’s dollars.

Goldman Sachs estimates a three-week shutdown could shave as much as 0.9% from US GDP this quarter.

  1. Where to begin, the term lowdown or shutdown? It’s clearly noticeable that even from the first word, nay, SYLLABLE, that this man spoke he knew little to nothing about what he was talking about. Primarily, we must look at how he pronounces his lowdown and root beer phrases. Obviously, only an economically blind human would say these sacred terms with such haphazardness. To treat such words with the care of an imbicile-like ape, shows how much we have lost respect to this economics game. For this game is greater than you, me, all of us. Economics is Great. Also he looks weird
